中国是世界上主要的产竹国，素有“竹子王国”之誉。全国竹林面积756.27万公顷，竹林碳储量2.10亿吨，其中毛竹林面积527.76万公顷，毛竹立竹数量超143亿株。中国人自古爱竹，传统竹制品与人们的生活息息相关。在碳达峰碳中和的背景下，竹子凭借强大的固碳能力摇身一变为新型复合材料——竹缠绕复合材料，成为绿色发展的新引擎。

The total area of bamboo forests in China reaches 7.5627 million hectares, with a carbon storage capacity of 210 million tons. Among them, the area of Moso-bamboo forests is 5.2776 million hectares, and the number of Moso-bamboo poles exceeds 14.3 billion. Chinese people have loved bamboo since ancient times, and traditional bamboo products are closely related to people's everyday lives. Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, bamboo, with its strong carbon sequestration ability, has transformed into a new type of composite material - bamboo winding composite material, and becomes a new engine of green development.



竹缠绕房屋


竹缠绕房屋是真正的“绿色建筑”。竹缠绕房屋是以竹材为基材，以秸秆、芦苇等生物质材料为填充材料，采用缠绕工艺制作成的整体组合式新型建筑。具有资源可再生、节能低碳、保温、隔音、防火、建造速度极快、抗震抗沉降等优势，可取代目前使用钢筋、水泥建设的房屋。目前，由中林鑫宙公司牵头制定的中国工程建设标准化协会标准《单元式竹缠绕房屋工程技术规程》正在立项编制中。

Bamboo winding house is a genuine green building.It is a new type of integrated modular building, which uses bamboo as base material, bio-based materials such as straw and reed as filling material, and is produced by winding process. It has many advantages such as resources renewable, energy saving and low-carbon, thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire proof, extremely fast construction speed, seismic and subside resistance etc. It can replace current houses constructed with steel bars and cement。At present, the CECS standard "Technical Specification for Cellular Bamboo Winding House Engineering", led by China National Forest Xinzhou Company, is under project approval and compilation.


竹缠绕房屋不仅原材料可再生、绿色低碳，其生产建造过程也无污染，整体包括主体缠绕、房屋起吊、房屋运输、房屋组装、光伏安装五个环节。其中，主体缠绕是以每间房屋为单位在工厂中进行整体缠绕成型、装修。房屋运输也是每间房屋整体运输。在现场进行组装时，200平方米的二层房屋一般只需2—4小时即可组装完毕，从而实现零建筑装修垃圾、避免建筑工地噪音污染。

Bamboo winding house is not only raw materials renewable, green and low-carbon, but also has a pollution-free production and construction process, which includes 5 sectors of body winding, house lifting, house transportation, house assembly and photovoltaic installation. Among them, the body winding is the process of overall winding forming and decoration in the factory based on each single house. House transportation is also the overall transportation of each house. When assembling on site, a 200 square meter, two-storied house usually need only 2-4 hours to be completed, which realizes zero construction and decoration waste and avoids noise pollution from construction site.


同时，竹缠绕房屋中由于采用生物基材料建造而成，能够很好地调节室内干湿平衡，自然吸收噪音，让墙壁和隔板“呼吸”，提供持续健康的室内空气环境，使居住者更加舒适。
