中国是世界上主要的产竹国,素有“竹子王国”之誉。全国竹林面积756.27万公顷,竹林碳储量2.10亿吨,其中毛竹林面积527.76万公顷,毛竹立竹数量超143亿株。中国人自古爱竹,传统竹制品与人们的生活息息相关。在碳达峰碳中和的背景下,竹子凭借强大的固碳能力摇身一变为新型复合材料——竹缠绕复合材料,成为绿色发展的新引擎。

The total area of bamboo forests in China reaches 7.5627 million hectares, with a carbon storage capacity of 210 million tons. Among them, the area of Moso-bamboo forests is 5.2776 million hectares, and the number of Moso-bamboo poles exceeds 14.3 billion. Chinese people have loved bamboo since ancient times, and traditional bamboo products are closely related to people's everyday lives. Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, bamboo, with its strong carbon sequestration ability, has transformed into a new type of composite material - bamboo winding composite material, and becomes a new engine of green development.

Bamboo winding composite pipe is an innovation and breakthrough in the application of green low-carbon material of ‘bamboo as substitute of plastic’, and world’s first industrially manufactured bio-based pipe. 竹缠绕复合管
竹缠绕复合管道主要包括三层结构,沿管径方向,由内到外依次为内衬层、增强层和外防护层,三者由不同的材料组成,发挥不同的作用。内衬层采用防腐性能优异且符合食品安全标准的树脂和竹纤维无纺布、竹针织毡制成,防渗且内壁光滑;增强层由竹篾、生物填料和氨基树脂制成;外防护层一般采用防水防腐性能较好的树脂和防辐射填料制成。
Bamboo winding composite pipe mainly consists of a three-layer structure, which includes inner liner, reinforcement layer, and outer protective layer from the inside out along the pipe diameter direction. The three layers are composed of different materials and play different roles. The inner liner is made of resin, bamboo fiber non-woven fabric, and bamboo woven felt with excellent anti-corrosion performance and compliance with food safety standards, which is anti leakage with smooth inner surface. The reinforcement layer is made of bamboo strips, bio-based filler, and amino resin. The outer protective layer is generally made of resin with good waterproof and anti-corrosion performance, and radiation resistant filler.
与焊接钢管、塑料管、球墨铸铁管、预应力钢筒混凝土管等传统管道相比,竹缠绕复合管具有明显的性能优势、施工优势和价格优势。性能方面,竹缠绕复合管使用寿命长、保温性能突出、糙率系数低、水流性能佳、抗震性能好、防渗性能好等优异性能,符合生活饮用水输配水设备安全性评价标准,具备最优化的纵向和环向力学性能,可广泛应用于水利输送、农田节水灌溉、城市给排水等管道运输行业。施工方面,竹缠绕复合管的管道铺设接头少,运输方便,劳动强度和技术要求低,不需要特别的垫土层,施工效率高、成本低。
Compared with traditional pipes such as Welded steel pipe, Plastic pipe, Ductile Iron pipe, and Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe, bamboo winding composite pipe has obvious performance advantages, construction advantages, and price advantages. In terms of performance, bamboo winding composite pipes have excellent performance such as long service life, outstanding insulation performance, low roughness coefficient, good water flow performance, good seismic performance, and good anti leakage performance. It can meet the equipment safety evaluation standards of drinking water transportation and distribution, and has optimized longitudinal and circumferential mechanical performance. It can be widely used in pipeline transportation industries including water conservancy transportation, agricultural water-saving irrigation, and urban water supply and drainage. In terms of construction, bamboo winding composite pipe has fewer joints for pipeline laying, convenient transportation, low labor intensity and technical requirements, and needs no special cushion layer with high construction efficiency and low cost.
据统计,每生产100公里的DN1000mm、刚度等级5000N/m²、压力等级为0.6MPa竹缠绕复合管,约消耗3.6万吨原竹,与焊接钢管、塑料管、球墨铸铁管、预应力钢筒混凝土管、钢筋混凝土排水管相比,竹缠绕复合管生产全过程减排二氧化碳量分别为4.858万吨、2.254万吨、4.873万吨、1.59万吨、1.494万吨。
According to statistics, every 100 kilometers of bamboo winding composite pipe with diameter of 1000mm, stiffness level of 5000N/m and pressure level of 0.6MPa produced,consumes approximately 36,000 tons of raw bamboo. Compared with Welded Steel pipe, Plastic pipe, Ductile Iron pipe, Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe, and Reinforced Concrete drainage pipe, the reduced carbon dioxide emissions from the entire production process of bamboo winding composite pipe are 485,800 tons, 225,400 tons, 487,300 tons, 15,900 tons, and 149,400 tons respectively.
2020年3月,《竹缠绕复合管》国家标准(GB/T 37805-2019)正式实施,这是我国竹缠绕复合管首个国家标准。《竹缠绕复合管》林业行业标准(L/YT2905—2017)及竹缠绕复合管道工程技术规程(T/CECS 470-2017)也已颁布实施。
In March 2020, the national standard of bamboo winding composite pipe (GB/T 37805-2019) was officially implemented, which is the first national standard for bamboo winding composite pipe in China. The forestry industry standard of bamboo winding composite pipe (L/YT2905-2017) and the technical specification for bamboo winding composite pipe engineering (T/CECS 470-2017) have also been published and implemented.
